Kendra Yost is a storyteller with a twist—hailing from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication in Phoenix, she’s mastered print, digital, photojournalism and magazine writing. She claims college made her a worse writer by stifling her creativity. With a vivid imagination that often spills onto the page (a sure sign her mental health is doing a happy dance), Kendra writes with wit, honesty and a touch of playful irreverence.

She’s also a proud mom: her son is dazzling on the elite soccer field, and she’s his number-one (and loudest) fan, while her daughter dreams of a farm brimming with critters to soothe her nervous system. Her husband prefers to stay in the background, content as the quiet rock of the family.

Now, Kendra is chasing a new chapter—a peaceful farm life where soccer dreams and barnyard antics blend into a simple, fulfilling adventure.
